What we collect
We collect personal data only when you contact us through the enquiry form: your full name, company (optional), work email, phone (optional), the subject you ask us to check, and your message. We do not operate a newsletter and run no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on this site.
Third-party information in your enquiry
The “who or what to check” field and your message may contain personal information about another person. Please provide such information only where you are lawfully entitled to do so, and only what is necessary for your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your details solely to handle and respond to your enquiry, on the basis of your consent (the checkbox you tick when submitting the form). We will not use your details for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
Who processes your data
Enquiries reach us through Web3Forms, our form-processing provider. The site is hosted on Vercel. Fonts are currently served via Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address for that purpose. We do not sell your data or share it other than as described here.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores a single functional item in your browser - your chosen language - so the site can remember your language preference. Nothing else is stored or tracked.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter - up to 24 months - after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.
Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, including Amendment 13, you may ask to review, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at info@profcheck.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
